【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS21872specifiesahorizontalmethodfordetectionoftheenteropathogenicVibriospecies,causingillnessinorviatheintestinaltract,otherthanVibrioparahaemolyticusandVibriocholerae.ThespeciesdetectablebythemethodsspecifiedincludeVibriofluvialis,VibriomimicusandVibriovulnificus1).ItisnotsuitablefortheisolationofVibriohollisae.StrainsofV.parahaemolyticusandV.choleraemayalsobedetectedduringtheapplicationofthismethod.ThispartofISO/TS21872isapplicabletoproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,andenvironmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.ThismethodisnotappropriateforthedetectionofVibriometschnikoviiasthisisoxidasenegative.NOTE1Vibriometschnikoviihasbeenoccasionallyisolatedfromhumanfaecalsamplesandcanbeacauseofdiarrhoealdiseases.NOTE2TheidentificationofVibriospeciesotherthanV.parahaemolyticusandV.choleraeisdifficult,andneedsfurtherdevelopment.ThebiochemicaltestsgiveninthispartofISO/TS21872enableonlyapresumptiveconfirmationofthesespecies.NOTE3ReasonsfornotapplyingthismethodarediscussedintheIntroduction.
