【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiesadrivingpointmethodfordeterminingtheIow-frequencytransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientsupports,underaspecifiedpreload.Themethodconcernsthelaboratorymeasurementofvibrationsandforcesontheinputsidewiththeoutputsideblocked,andiscalledthe"drivingpointmethod".Thestiffnessresultingfrommeasuringtheinputdisplacement(velocity,acceleration)andinputforceisthedynamicdrivingpointstiffness.OnlyatIowfrequencies,wherethedrivingpointstiffnessandthetransferstiffnessareequal,canthismethodbeusedfordeterminationofthedynamictransferstiffness.NOTE1InISO10846-2,thedirectmethodformeasuringthedynamictransferstiffnessiscovered.ThedirectmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheIow-frequencydynamictransferstiffnessanditcovers,inprinciple,awiderfrequencyrangethanthedrivingpointmethod.Nevertheless,thedrivingpointmethodiscoveredintheISO10846seriesofinternationalstandardsaswell.Itisconsideredasavaluableoptionforownersof(oftenexpensive)testrigsfordrivingpointstiffnessmeasurements,toextendtheuseoftheserigswiththedeterminationofIow-frequencydynamictransferstiffness.Themethodisapplicabletotestelementswithparallelflanges(seeFigure1).Resilientelements,whicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846,arethosewhichareusedtoreducea)thetransmissionofvibrationinthelowerpartoftheaudiblefrequencyrange(typically20Hzto200Hz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedfluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborneorothers),andb)thetransmissionofIow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenvibrationistoosevere.NOTE2Inpractice,thesizeofavailabletestrig(s)determinesrestrictionsforverysmallandforverylargeresilientsupports.NOTE3Samplesofcontinuoussupportsofstripsandmatsareincludedinthemethod.WhetherornotthesampledescribesthebehaviourofthecomplexsystemsufficientlyistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO10846.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.Themethodcoversthefrequencyrangefromf=1HztotheupperlimitingfrequencyfUL.Typically50Hz≤fUL≤200Hz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedforthefollowing:--productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;--informationduringproductdevelopment;--qualitycontrol,and--calculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughisolators.

Scope:This standard applies to hydraulically operated backhoes (see SAE J49).This standard describes a uniform "over end" and "full swing arc" lifting capacity rating for backhoes. It is based on the actual capacity of the machine to lift and support a load under stable conditions.Rated lift capacities will be specified for both the boom and the dipperstick and will be shown on a lift capacity chart (see Fig. 1).
