【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesguidanceonconductingseismicriskassessmentsforbuildings.Assuch,thisguideassistsaUsertoassessaproperty'spotentialforlossesfromearthquakeoccurrences.Hazardsaddressedinthisguideincludeearthquakegroundshaking,earthquake-causedsiteinstability,includingfaultrupture,landslidesandsoilliquefaction,lateralspreadingandsettlement,andearthquake-causedoff-siteresponseimpactingtheproperty,includingfloodingfromdamordikefailure,tsunamisandseiches.Thisguidedoesnotaddressthefollowing:Earthquake-causedfiresandtoxicmaterialsreleases.Federal,state,orlocallawsandregulationsofbuildingconstructionormaintenance.Usersarecautionedthatcurrentfederal,state,andlocallawsandregulationsmaydifferfromthoseineffectatthetimeoftheoriginalconstructionofthebuilding(s).Preservationoflifesafety.Preventionofbuildingdamage.ContractualandlegalobligationsbetweenpriorandsubsequentUsersofSeismicRiskAssessmentreportsorbetweenProviderswhopreparedthereportandthosewhowouldliketousesuchpriorreports.ContractualandlegalobligationsbetweenaProviderandaUser,andotherparties,ifany.ItistheresponsibilityoftheUserofthisguidetoestablishappropriatelifesafetyanddamagepreventionpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofcurrentregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Theobjectivesofthisguideare:Tosynthesizeanddocumentguidelinesforseismicriskassessmentofbuildingsfromearthquakes;Toencouragestandardizedseismicriskassessment;Toestablishguidelinesforfieldobservationsofthesiteandphysicalconditions,andthedocumentreviewandresearchconsideredappropriate,practical,sufficient,andreasonableforseismicriskassessment;ToestablishguidelinesonwhatreasonablycanbeexpectedofanddeliveredbyaProviderinconductingtheseismicriskassessmentofbuildings;Toestablishguidelinesonappropriatefieldobservationsandanalysisforconductingaseismicriskassessment;andToestablishguidelinesbywhichaProvidercancommunicatetotheUserobservations,opinions,andconclusionsinamannerthatismeaningfulandnotmisleadingeitherbycontentorbyomission

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableto:—flow-meteringdeviceswhichareconnected,eitherdirectlyorbymeansofflexibleconnectingassemblies,anddisconnectedbytheoperatoratterminalunitsofamedicalgaspipelinesystemformeasurementanddeliveryofmedicalgases;—flow-meteringdeviceswhichareconnectedanddisconnectedbytheoperatoratgas-specificconnectionpointsofdevicessuchaspressureregulators.2Itappliesonlytoflow-meteringdevicesforthefollowingmedicalgases:—oxygen,—nitrousoxide,—airforbreathing,—carbondioxide,—helium,—xenon,—specifiedmixturesofthegaseslistedabove,—oxygen/nitrousoxidemixture50/50(%volumefraction).3ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoelectricalorelectronicflow-meteringdevices.
