【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienicdesignrequirementsforthemanufactureofmachinesusedfortheproductionofpies,tarts,pasties,encrouteproductsandothersimilaritemswherethepastrycasesareformedbytheclosingunderpressureofoneormoreformingheads.Thestandardappliestothefollowingthreebasictypesofmachine:?machineswhereoperatorshandsenterhazardzone1(see!4.2")ateachcycle;?machineswhichareloadedoutsidehazardzone1;?automaticmachines.Figure1,2and3illustrateexamplesofthese.Automaticloadingdevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardappliestoelectrically,pneumaticallyandhydraulicallypoweredmachines.Manuallyoperatedmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.!deletedtext"!Thisstandardcoversthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthetransport,installation,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthesemachines(see5.2and5.3ofENISO12100-1:2003).Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopieandtartmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."Flourdustisnotasignificanthazardatpieandtartmachines.AnoisetestcodeisincludedinannexBtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.ThisdocumentinnotapplicabletopieandtartmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
