【摘要】:ThispartofISO11119specifiesrequirementsforcompositegascylindersuptoandincluding450litreswatercapacity,forthestorageandconveyanceofcompressedorliquefiedgaseswithtestpressuresuptoandincluding650bar.Thecylindersareconstructedintheformofaseamlessmetalliclinerover-wrappedwithcarbonfibreoraramidfibreorglassfibre(oramixturethereof)inaresinmatrix,orsteelwire,toprovidecircumferentialreinforcement.ThispartofISO11119addressescylinderswithadesignlifefrom10atonon-limitedlife.Forcylinderswithadesignlifeinexcessof15a,andinorderforthesecylinderstoremaininservicebeyond15a,requalificationofthesecylindersisrecommended.ThispartofISO11119doesnotaddressthedesign,fittingandperformanceofremovableprotectivesleeves.Wherethesearefitted,theyshouldbeconsideredseparately.NOTE1ISO11439appliestocylindersintendedforuseasfuelcontainersonnaturalgasvehicles.NOTE2ISO11623coversperiodicinspectionandretestingofcompositecylinders.note:1)1bar=10Pa.
