【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestotheemission(radiatedandconducted)ofradiofrequencydisturbancesfrom:–alllightingequipmentwithaprimaryfunctionofgeneratingand/ordistributinglightintendedforilluminationpurposes,andintendedeitherforconnectiontothelowvoltageelectricitysupplyorforbatteryoperation;–thelightingpartofmulti-functionequipmentwhereoneoftheprimaryfunctionsofthisisillumination;–independentauxiliariesexclusivelyforusewithlightingequipment;–UVandIRradiationequipment;–neonadvertisingsigns;–street/floodlightingintendedforoutdooruse;–transportlighting(installedinbusesandtrains).Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:–lightingequipmentoperatingintheISMfrequencybands(asdefinedinResolution63(1979)oftheITURadioRegulation);–lightingequipmentforaircraftandairports;–apparatusforwhichtheelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsintheradio-frequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards.NOTEExamplesare:–built-inlightingdevicesinotherequipment,forexamplescaleilluminationorneondevices;–photocopiers;–slideprojectors;–lightingequipmentforroadvehicles.Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.Multi-functionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation.Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasistokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceswithineconomicallyreasonablelimitswhilestillachievinganadequatelevelofradioprotectionandelectromagneticcompatibility.Inexceptionalcases,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO140specifiesalaboratorymethodofmeasurementoftheimpactsoundinsulationofroofs,roof/ceilingsystemsandskylightsexcitedbyartificialrainfall.Theresultsobtainedcanbeusedforassessingthenoisetobeproducedbyrainfallonagivenbuildingelementintheroomorspacebelow.Theresultscanalsobeusedtocomparerainfallsoundinsulationcapabilitiesofbuildingelementsandtodesignbuildingelementswithappropriaterainfallsoundinsulationproperties.ThispartofISO140isbasedonmeasurementswithartificialraindropsundercontrolledconditionsusingawatertankinalaboratorytestfacilityinwhichflankingsoundtransmissionissuppressed.Measurementsusingrealrain,althoughausefulmeansforvalidationpurposes,arenotincludedbecauseofthevariable,unpredictableandintermittentnatureofrealrain.Othermechanicalsimulationmethodsunderinvestigationbyresearchersarenotsufficientlywelldevelopedatpresenttoadequatelysimulaterealrainbothintermsofsoundlevelsandspectragenerated.
