【摘要】:Nickel/chromiumandcopper/nickel/chromiumelectrodepositedcoatingsarewidelyusedfordecorativeandprotectiveapplications.TheCorrodkotetestprovidesamethodofcontrollingthequalityofelectroplatedarticlesandissuitableformanufacturingcontrol,aswellasresearchanddevelopment.1.1ThistestmethodcoverstheCorrodkotemethodofevaluatingthecorrosionperformanceofcopper/nickel/chromiumandnickel/chromiumcoatingselectrodepositedonsteel,zincalloys,aluminumalloys,plasticsandothersubstrates.Note18212;ThefollowingASTMstandardsarenotrequirements.Theyarereferenceforinformationonly:PracticeB537,SpecificationB456,TestMethodB602,andSpecificationB604.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
