【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62059providesoneofseveralpossiblemethodsforestimatingproductlifecharacteristicsbyacceleratedreliabilitytesting.Accelerationcanbeachievedinanumberofdifferentways.Inthisparticularstandard,elevated,constanttemperatureandhumidityisappliedtoachieveacceleration.Themethodalsotakesintoaccounttheeffectofvoltageandcurrentvariation.Ofcourse,failuresnot(ornotsufficiently)acceleratedbytemperatureandhumiditywillnotbedetectedbytheapplicationofthetestmethodspecifiedinthisstandard.Otherfactors,liketemperaturevariation,vibration,dust,voltagedipsandshortinterruptions,staticdischarges,fasttransientburst,surges,etc.-althoughtheymayaffectthelifecharacteristicsofthemeter-arenottakenintoaccountinthisstandard;theymaybeaddressedinfuturepartsoftheIEC62059series.Thisstandardisapplicabletoalltypesofmeteringequipmentforenergymeasurement,tariff-andloadcontrolinthescopeofIECTC13.Themethodgiveninthisstandardmaybeusedforestimating(withgivenconfidencelimits)productlifecharacteristicsofsuchequipmentpriortoandduringserialproduction.Thismethodmayalsobeusedtocomparedifferentdesigns.
